Domestic U.S. Shipments
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders received after 12:00 noon PST on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.  (Usually on Monday unless it is a holiday)  If your order should be back ordered, we will let you know immediately and will provide you with the anticipated date of shipment and other options available to you.


Because we ship to you FREE of charge within the U.S., we reserve the right to choose shipping method, usually via USPS (first class or Priority Mail) or UPS Ground.  Orders of more than $50 will be shipped Priority Mail (generally delivered in 2 – 3 days) and will include Delivery Confirmation.  In this way you can see when your order was shipped and will give us notification that your package was indeed delivered.  Take your Delivery Confirmation number to USPS.COM to obtain information about your order.  USPS orders do not include insurance.  We are NOT responsible for your package once it has left our door. If you would like insurance coverage, please make note of it in the “Comments” section of the order form and you will be charged for the insurance purchased.  If you have other specific shipping requirements, please note them, too, in the Comments field when you check out.


Express Mail is an option that will be charged to the customer at actual cost determined by weight.  A tracking number will be provided and you can track your package from door to door.  USPS Express offers a guaranteed 1-2 day (depending on area) delivery.

 

International Shipments

International orders are not shipped free of charge.  We will package and weigh your order and then determine the postage, as purchased through the USPS.  We will send packages by air, but not Express, unless otherwise requested.  We will charge the postage and a $5.00 handling fee, as International packages will be hand carried to the Post Office.  We have a list of countries (following) that we can service. Any order not from this list will be automatically cancelled without notification.
