A changing pad should provide a barrier between your baby and
the changing area. In addition it should have a water-proof layer
so that any accidents will not soak through. Blue Penguin's changing pads provide a water-proof barrier and are made with 100% cotton. Generously proportioned, our changing pads can be folded into a tidy square and can be easily tossed in with the laundry for cleaning, just don't use bleach or fabric softener! We recommend purchasing two, so that when one is in the laundry, you'll have a second to use.

Blue Penguin's changing pad is soft, absorbent and reversable, with flannel on each side. It also has a waterproof layer in the middle, so that baby is protected from dirt or dampness on the changing surface. It folds up nicely to fit in any diaper bag and best of all, you can simply toss this changing pad right into the washer with your laundry. Just don't add bleach or fabric softener and the waterproof layer will remain effective for years. Our changing pad measures a generous 30" X 15" -- longer than most, providing you with plenty of room for a wiggly baby! This pad is soft, waterproof, foldable, washable: versatile indeed.
